Day One & Day Two

I hope it's ok for me to post my days like this? Due to work commitments, and the fact that I'm at the gym every night... I find it hard to be online every day.

Anyhoo, Monday went a little like this.

Breakfast: 1 bowl of Special K. 1 English Muffin.

Snack: 1 Orange.

Lunch: 1 Small serving Cold Pasta and chopped salad.

Dinner: Mixed roasted vegetables.

Water: 2.5 litres.

Excercise: 10 mins Treadmill. 15 mins Bike. 15 mins Elliptical.
Weights: Abductor 100 reps @ 25kg. Adductor 100 reps @ 25kg. Abdomen crunch 100 reps @ 30kg.

Dinner: 2 Quorn Burgers with Salad.

Water: 3 litres (and still going).

Excercise: 10 mins Treadmill. 15 mins Bike. 20 mins Elliptical.
